Pregnancy and postnatal considerations when training women are routinely omitted from our traditional fitness qualification. Yet the majority of your clients will be women and the majority of those women will be or have been pregnant during their time with you. It essential that you understand how training women differs from men, and differs at different life stages, to ensure you help and not harm them.

The information provided as part of this program, is as up to date as possible. In time, as new research and understanding occurs, this will be updated. As new studies emerge, it is important to maintain your own education after this training program is completed.

1 – Active Introduction Soundtrack – provides an idea of what to expect in the Active Process Soundtrack

2 – Active Process Soundtrack – will take you through active pelvic floor exercises, as your pelvic floor is needed throughout your daily routine. Start using this soundtrack daily in a quiet setting, while you are seated or standing. Once you are familiar or more confident with performing these exercises, don your headphones or bluetooth earpods and experiment with where you can listen to this soundtrack , to incorporate pelvic floor contractions into your daily routine.

3 – Meditation Soundtrack is for bedtime and is designed to help you relax and sleep better. This soundtdrack ensures complete focus to concentrate on feeling correct contractions of the pelvic floor.
