Healing in Motion (NZREPS 0.5 CPDs)


Join Corinne in this Zoom-recorded session as she takes you through a revitalising movement session that’ll include a diverse yet inspiring collection of activities.  From breath work to mobilisation, from floor-play to cutting-edge healing techniques, Corinne will unleash some of her absolute favourites upon you in a way that’ll enable your body to feel mellow and free whilst at the same time enhancing the body’s natural healing abilities.  You’ll be invigorating your body whilst also expanding your own tool box for use in your own practice

What Will I Learn?

  • Gain a more comprehensive understanding of client ‘readiness’, and why this is something we must acknowledge and integrate for best results

  • Recognise how movement is crucial to Lymphatic System health and learn a daily action to help enhance its function.
  • Experience Myofascial Mobility and three-dimensional activity to mobilise and activate entire chains of tissue in just one movement pattern.
