Michelle Wright (Mish)(B.Ed and Dip. Teach) After a decade of teaching, Mish started her second career as a Group Fit Instructor and Personal Trainer. Mish is the founder of the mulit- award winning fitness business mishfit®, which specialised in training women.
For over 12 years Mish has been writing, presenting, educating and mentoring fitness professionals in both business and topics around women’s health and older adults.
Currently, Mish is the program co-ordinator for the Strength For Life program in Victoria COTA (Council On The Aged) and recently re-wrote all of their education. She also writes online education for Central Queensland University.
Mish is the creator of the Women’s Health and Fitness Summit and is both passionate and committed to improving the outcomes for women participating in any type of exercise option.
Mish is a kiwi, but lives with her husband and orange pussycat in Melbourne, Australia
